RegisterMaps()

Registers BSON class maps for RowBoxLayout, RowDetailsConfig, and ObservationRowBoxLayout, configuring default values, enum string serialization, and null-ignoring behavior for nullable members. Each map is registered only if no class map has already been registered for the corresponding type.
